I hired SP Nicholas to work on my fridge, Tony came out diagnosed the problem, I gave him money to order parts, was suppose to come by the following Monday could not make it, told him to come Tuesday did not make it, Nicolas has not reached out to me since them

Scam business. Do not hire. threated to not leave house till i went to ATM to get cash. Only take cash. showed up in uhaul truck. did not fix and charged $160 for visit.

Waiting a month for washing machine repair. Finally after almost 4 weeks put new part on and still not repaired. Promised for two days to have repaired and no show. Slow on returning calls if any. Not happy.

It was a Saturday. Fridge running but not cooling. M-F only was what I found or we don t service residential . I even looked in the Frontier yellow pages (!). I was getting anxious then I came across Coastal Carolina Appliance Repair. 24/7 M-F. Set up the invitation via Home Advisor. Wow!!! They asked when it was convenient for me! It was getting close to the end time of what I gave and then they called to tell me they were running behind. Then called me when they were leaving the previous job to head here. They came, they conquered, I am a happy camper . So if you need someone or that certain go to guy for your fridge or other appliance, Mr. Houle and his nephew are the ones to call. I promise, you won t be disappointed. Also, have a couple treats for Baby Duke. Who is the best puppy ever...

We received same day service! I was expecting to wait days. Super courteous, great price and more importantly my dryer is fixed. We re going to have them out soon to do some electrical and roof work. Love they can do a lot of services not just appliance repair. Thanks again guys!
