Was contacted quickly. They replaced a chimney chase cap and chimney wind deflector, work was completed and paid for using the Home Advisor app. According to an installer, I would have a 15 year warranty on the parts used which promised to be mail but have not received yet it has been three weeks. I have been trying to reach the installer for the last three weeks with texts and voicemails. No response. For this reason, I am not comfortable recommending this company.
