Justin was punctual, professional, thorough in his diagnosis. The problem was that both Hisense Roku televisions stopped showing all channels as usual. He initially thought the Fire TV Stick failed, but went on to do a soft reset, changing the HDMI ports on both televisions, which were mysteriously disconnected. VOILA! I was very pleased to know that all was not FAILED. I am back to my regular screens, with instructions on what to do in the event the same thing happens again. Now I can get the local channels, including the news, which I have missed for almost two weeks! Justin's definitely a keeper. I am passing his contact information to a friend today! Justin did a great job installing my Starlink system. Being an older house, he had to work around some unexpected interferences and did it without any complaints.

First off. he is extremely expensive, $300 just to show up no matter how long it takes. I sawolled hard but we desperately needed help. He's a nice guy and got things fixed temporarily in 45min but realized he needed his tools to hide the wires, and kindly offered to return the next day, for another $300...He previously had told me he is also a handyman and that if I needed anything he could do it. I asked how long it would take to got get his tool and he said he'd come back no charge in a couple of days, he did, but looked lost when he left not being paid again. We realized the port was a problem & we needed a new TV so at his recommendation I bought another TV. I called to ask him how much he would charge to change it over and you guessed it...$300 just to show up. I have owned multiple businesses for over 50 yrs and would never treat anyone like that. Extremely overpriced. He may not remember tools and need a 2nd trip for $300. Also Lost confidence in Angi. Blessings, DrG DrG

Justin was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed why parts of my home network were dropping out, and clearly explained what needed to be done in plain language. He cleaned up some messy wiring, reconfigured my router and access points, and stayed to test every room to make sure speeds were solid and stable. Throughout the visit he was professional, courteous, and careful about not disrupting anything he didn’t need to touch. My Wi‑Fi has been rock‑solid ever since, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any future network work.
