I was a liitle surprised to find that the holes made for the wiring that came from the outside were not sealed. This left ample opportunity for insects to enter my home from the outside through the holes that were larger than the wiring placed. I have sealed this myself, so I am not sure if it was suppose to be left like that. Other than that, a great install and I am enjoying it very much.

I was a little concerned when the installer asked me to write two checks. One to him and one to coastal connections. I feel that the installer was trying to make money seperate from what coastal connections was charging. I am a business owner and would be very upset if one of my employees or contractors was behaving like this.

He did not figure out the right way to install my flat screen mounting kit, and he installed just the swivel part and could not put the tilting part.

"The client purchased their own TV mount, the mount was defective out of the box. Client asked us to go ahead with installation after we explained that the tilt feature was NOT going to work."

Omar and his associate Will were excellent. Their prices were the fairest, their appearance was professional and their knowledge of the business was very extensive.
