"We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our services. Your porch light was dry rotted, due to age and weather conditions, which was replaced, and not charged to you. The weather prevented us from finishing the job in a timely manner. So as we discussed, we would have it completed as the weather permitted. Also, the property does have many layers of paint and rust, which unfortunately needed to be replaced completely instead of restored. Unfortunately, your budget did not allow us to do so. The outcome was not because of our inability to do so but because of the age and condition of your home. We appreciate each and every customer."
