Coastal Construction & Lumber Company

Detailed estimate. Did what they promised and did a great job.

Got out, did the job and were professional. I'll use them again

Mike was professional and friendly in an old fashion style; he was prompt with returning voicemails and emails, answering simple questions enthusiastically. Mike took the time to visit the site before, during and after the project. The job was performed to specification, on schedule, and fully as promised. I was a construction manager, and this job was done right. I highly recommend Coaster Lumber Fence Company managed by Mike Pacelli. I have done multiple fence projects, with a variety of companies, and I would recommend these professionals as number one.

The sales rep made a verbal agreement to match the lowest quote I had received. He said he would stop by my home or contact the installers to let them know the amount of the lower price. He didn't let them know and after a few phone calls to the home office, I managed to get the lower price. After the install was complete, he failed to answer my calls or messages. He finally called 2 days later. The installers broke my sprinkler head and failed to let me know that too, they must have stepped on it , then tossed the sprinkler head in the middle of my yard. Never again with this company.

Mike P. called immediately and came over within a short time frme to look at the job. Others turned their noses up at the small amount of replace but Mike assured me it was something they could do in a jiffy. I scheduled shortly thereafter and the guys where in and out to fix the fence in lesws than a few hours. Cleaned up after themselves too! I got a quality fence with a warrently that i am very happy with. I'm keeping the business card for future use.

Coastal was on-time, very courteous and left the job cleaner than when started. They took the time to do the job right and stayed on schedule. I would use their services again without hesitation.

Very happy with our fence, especially the price. Good quality, estimate completed and work done as scheduled. Great professionalism. Highly recommend.

Thank you for referring such a wonderful company as Coastal Lumber. We had a lot of fencing, gates and retaining walls replaced. They used top quality materials (wood, wiring, etc.) The workers (Felipe and Javier) were terrific. They were both very professional, friendly and hard working. The completed job was better than we had ever hoped. Our property looks great! We would happily recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Coastal Lumber!

Great company. They got the work done when they said they would. They did show up a little late due to an accedent on the road. They did a good job. They are a great company. Thanks

The construction was adequate. The quality of the wood adequate, but more sap wood that I had been led to believe. They didn't think to put the attractive sides of the boards where they would be seen. The crew left piles of dirt where they should not have and did not clean up professionally, especially leaving mud tracked in the house.

They did everything they said they would do on time and on budget.

Coastal will return to do the side fence in October when that neighbor gives the go ahead. The company is very easy to deal with and does quality work. I am recommending the company to a real estate friend/property manager.

Went with a redwood fence with steel poles and a new double gate. The price was incredible and the quality too. It looks great and the gate works well. The professionals had suggestions on the gate that has made it more fuctional. All this in one day and a great cleanup.

Coastal Construction was on time as well as the fence project just as they siad it would be. Yes I would hire them again. Randy was very helpful throughout the project.

Matt came out when he said he would and on time. I had 200' of fence to replace. Felipe and co-wkr completed job in 2.5 days. everyone was very professional and polite. felipe went above and beyond to make sure fence was to our satisfaction. your not going to find this quality and price elsewhere.

The removal & construction team headed by Filipe, was great. They exceded all expectations.

Randy went up and beyoung customer service. We had the neighbor from hell and Randy did a AWESOME job at get both sides to agree on the fence and price. He and his crew was so profession, nice, and so sos affordable. Thanks again RANDY!

Coastal Lumber completed our Fence in two Days to our Satisfaction. The Craftsmanship was outstanding. Also highly recommend Randy Lowe and his Crew for an outstanding Job..

The concrete around posts was not filled as required when they finished the job. On reminding them of this they came back and finised it satisfactorily.

Great job by Matt and his crew

I was looking for someone to replace @ 20ft of side yard fence that had collapsed from age. Their salesman- Randy- was very personable and responsive to questions and needs. The only difficulty we encountered was timing the work during this crazy wet winter. After a little confusion about the dates (the company cancelled the original date), once we were scheduled and the work began we were very pleased, 2 of the other companies we got estimates from made it pretty clear that really weren't interested in doing small jobs- and that attitude was reflected in their quotes which were considerably higher. Coastal Lumber was great

Matt provided us with a very affordable quote & vas quick to schedule the installation around our schedule. The work was done very quickly & looks fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the results.

Coastal Lumber quality and service was excellent; it could not be better. It even filled my green waste bin and cut the extras so that I could continue filling my empty bin for the following week. For the most part I could not be happier. Sam

Very professional & on time - workers were very careful of my plants & flowers. The manager came back the next day to follow up on the workmenship & my satisfaction.
