This was a difficult job to diagnose, and Chris's vast experience made him the perfect person for the job. I relied on his advice for a variety of changes in an older home. His card says "honest & Fair," and that's what you get. The job involved new appliances, new hook-ups, upgrading, and lighting/outlets. We were most happy with the prompt, efficient work.

Chris Neef called first within 3 minutes of my request and came over 45 minutes later and looked over the problem and recommended the best solution which was to replace the porch ceiling fan. He removed the old while I purchased the new fan and promptly assembled it and installed it at a super reasonable price. I will recommend him as he is extremely fair in his pricing and is a knowledgeable regarding electrical repairs. I can not say enough positive things about this person. Terry L
