Roy and his crew did an entire makeover on my home. New siding and windows, new front door, added a sliding patio door and added an additional window in my kitchen. To say Roy did a great job is an understatement...He was professional, knew his business WELL, kept me informed every step of the way throughout the renovation. I was out of town when he started my reno and he kept in touch daily including sending me pictures of the progress. When there was additional work to be done, In my case rotted wood discovered during install, Roy called me he explained clearly why and what had to be done and the additional charges to do the job right were very reasonable. Roy and his team don't take any shortcuts or cover up any problems. They repaired my rotten wood issues before installing the siding and windows and the results are fantastic. Don't waste your time with another company, the old saying you get what you pay for always rings true. Roy and his crew did a great job for a very fair price, He came highly recommended to me and I am I glad I contracted with him. I will definitely use Coastal Exteriors again and wont hesitate to recommend him to all who ask me. Honest, Good value and reliable... Thanks Roy

I hire Roy Faulkenberry of Coastal Exteriors to replace all of my windows and what a great job he did. He was honest, answered all my questions and concerns, and installed windows as soon as they came in and worked non-stop to get them in. He and his workers did a very professional job, my windows are great and he even addressed a few other issues at my house at that time. I highly recommend Coastal Exteriors and I am getting ready to hire this company again to replace my front door. Roy Faulkenberry and Coastal Exteriors were extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing and installing new windows. The windows are high quality. Roy's crew was professional and efficient. Our windows were installed almost immediately after delivery.

The owner and team provided me daily updates as well as pictures throughout the day while I was at work. He was having some transportation issues but kept be informed as to progress and expected timelines.
