We signed a contract with the company on May 15th and paid a 50% deposit to have our windows and sliding doors ordered and installed. Initially, we were impressed by the company owner, Saesha North, and her father, who came to measure the windows. However, after that, communication via email, text messages, and phone calls gradually deteriorated. By the time the windows were supposed to be ready and the installation date needed to be scheduled, the company's office phone was disconnected, and the owner began screening our calls on her cell phone. We received no replies to our emails either. At this point, we realized we had been defrauded. We have filed a complaint with the BBB and are proceeding with legal action.

I could not be happier with the product, service, and follow through from Coastal Green. The owner, Erik, was easy to talk with and forthcoming with information concerning my particular windows and door replacement. He was also able to make a great suggestion for a workaround of an oddly configured pane of glass. The installation crew arrived on time each day, left the work areas clean and tidy, and always kept me informed about what was accomplished and what the next steps were. Due to my own hectic schedule at the time, the job timeline was increased from start to finish. Coastal Green displayed no issue with my lack of availability and were always amenable to working around my schedule. My windows and door are beautiful and it makes me proud about the elevated look of my house. Iâ m so glad I chose them to do the job and I highly recommend this company.
