Ben replied promptly and scheduled a time to begin the radon test very quickly. He arrived on time and professionally installed the test equipment. There were several signs displayed alerting others that a test was in progress. A pickup time was agreed upon and Ben arrived promptly. The results of the test were supplied and easily printed. The results were clear to read and understand. I was pleased with the response, professionalism and fee. This was a very positive experience.
