I am curious how this guy worked before and got those good recommendations. My experience was totally opposite. He did a poor job in yard cleaning and did not trimmed branches close to power lines as stated in the estimate. After 4 weeks wait, millions of phone calls, and many times no show appointment. I completely gave up on him. Horrible experience. Do not understand why he cannot keep his words and get the job done.

I was in a pinch after a storm, Michael came out the next day gave me a great price and had the job completed the same day. All other tree services said they wouldn't be able to get to the job for at least three weeks, I highly recommend this company.

We hired Mike for two big landscaping projects. In our front yard, we needed several stumps killed off, gravel installed, and shrubs trimmed back with one removed and replaced. In our backyard, we wanted the area around our firepit filled in with decorative grave and framed with pavers. What we got in the front area was some gravel, stumps that grew back in a week that I ultimately had to buy stump killer to kill off, poor communication, and an attempt to skirt the signed agreement that stated removing a yew, roots and all. We had to contact him several times to complete the job, and the yew was not replaced with the agreed-upon shrub. Mountain laurel was planted where a holly bush was supposed to be planted. We also had a backyard project with him that involved framing a fire pit area. We agreed to him setting in pavers around the perimeter, eliminating all weeds and installing a weed barrier, and filling in the area with pebbles. What we got was a weed barrier on 80% of the area and paver stones just placed on the ground, and pebbles piled in. Weeds have since grown right through the area he did not lay down a weed barrier on and the stones move if you breathe on them. It is basic knowledge that the perimeter should be partially dug down, weeds removed, a weed barrier placed on 100% of the area, stone dust used underneath the pavers to keep them in place, and hold back weeds, and the pavers set into the ground partially. The last straw was when he offered to fix the stumps in the front area and then never followed up or showed up to do so. He is probably good for small projects like grass cutting, but I would not recommend him for any larger project. We ended up paying a lot out of pocket after the fact to fix the corners he cut and I honestly would not use him again for any future projects on my property.
