Ken and his son at Coastal Plumbing were great, I highly recommend them! My water heater went on 12/23, it was a weekend 2 days before Christmas and I couldn’t find anyone to replace it. Ken came out within 1 hr to replaced it and didn’t charge extra for being an emergency call. Thanks Ken, I really appreciate your help!

It was a genuine pleasure working with Ken, and Ken, on my water heater replacement/install. With only a few questions I received a firm quote over the phone which was honored at the completion of the install. Both of them faced with a difficult job site, they took care to cause as little mess as was possible (no small feat) as well as to protect themselves from harm (even more important) while providing excellent service. They willingly, pleasantly and with good humor answered all of my questions and made what had been a stressful situation into a pleasant experience, installing quality equipment in an expedient manner at a reasonable price. I look forward to working with them on future projects and have already referred them to several of my friends. Thanks guys, for a job well done!
