Tim, Logan, and Noah are excellent at keeping up with the work I needed done. Professional, polite and very helpful, will have them back for continued maintenance.

I signed the contract Oct 5th 2020 it is now June 2nd 2021. They took $7800.00 down payment and have performed zero work for that money as of today. Marco, has been given 6 dates to begin and has yet to start the work. I would NOT RECOMMEND using this company ever. Ever. So do not read all the hype on how well they perform. It is not true. You can call and leave messages and no one in the office responds. Diane will never respond- so good luck with that. The owners will not respond - good luck with that. So where do you go. To visit an attorney. Enough is Enough.

Here are some but not everything with our pool project. This whole process has been a nightmare. Here we are 14 weeks into the initial dig and 6 months from initial payment. We were told this would take 10 weeks. The manager had not contacted me at all after emailing them these complaints. If customer service or quality of work is what you expect, DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY - December 2020 urged to pay 6K to lock in price - Permit filed December 31st, county said there needed to be revisions which were not resubmitted for over 60 days - After a long wait with little follow up, I called the project manager to move on from Waterclear, was told I'd lose 500 dollars. The next day the permit was approved. - Permit finally approved March 16th 2021 - April 2nd 2021 first dig - ACH rejected on your end twice, cost me 60 dollars to resubmit wire transfers - Air conditioning power shut off accidentally in our home by the workers for 3 days - Circuit breakers exposed and blown (Robert replaced one of them) - Power to Irrigation off for over 70 days (made countless request to have it turned back on). I had to painstakingly Hand watered my lawn every night during this time frame, water bill went up $235. - Unprofessionalism by staff, unreturned calls/text, gossip, pressure about payment, no respect for our property. - Countless no shows on days were weather was not a factor - Trash visible from the front of my house throughout the duration of the project - Standing water in pool with trash in it - Rocks and concrete spread throughout my entire yard. It Will be very difficult to resod these areas. - Loose wood seen from the front of my yard (at least 2 months)a nd left there through storms. Ignored about my concerns when I texted the project manager. -Live wire in the back yard near puddles. Danger to myself, dog and family. - Told original tile requested (Azul) was not in stock and pressured to take another tile. Only to find out that once that tile arrived they did not have enough and had ordered half of the wrong tile. Prolonged completion of the pool. - Issues with the county and permit about pool pressure and drains being 3 feet apart on May 4th, still not corrected.

We hired Waterclear pools to resurface a small beachfront pool including tiling the pool terrace and 2 additional terraces. The ecofinish resurfacing came with a 10yr warranty that made us feel good â unfortunately it took only 10months to request warranty service. The pool surface was cracking, had bleed through and was fading significantly. After many attempts to reach the Waterclear employee (related to owner) we had dealt with, we were told that the resurfacing had not been done correctly and would need to be re-done including the tile/grout around the top of the pool that had incorrectly been covered. Again, after many attempts to arrange this work, Waterclear could only schedule the work after the rental season was in full swing, so we blocked off the requested days for the work to be performed. We provided contact information to Waterclear and our property managers to ensure the work was coordinated and completed. A week out, our property managers were unable to reach or get a return call from Waterclear and we unfortunately found ourselves chasing them again. We eventually received assurances the work would be completed. Well, the reserved days arrived and fortunately the resurfacing was done by a 3rd party (who had been given no information by Waterclear to coordinate his visit) but we continued to chase Waterclear to complete the tile work for the 3 days our home was reserved for them. We received assurances right up to about 1hour from our next guests checking in and the work remains unfinished and an eyesore. Waterclear has now stopped responding to our attempts to address the problem, so we are now working through our credit card companies to recoup the appropriate expenses. If that fails, weâ ll unfortunately have to file a claim to get this resolved. I would suggest that anyone thinking of using this company look at ALL on-line reviews you can find and trust your gut when reading them.

Chris Howell the service manager and Shelby Moran my pool tech have been doing an outstanding job keeping my pool maintained and clean this year. I have been with them for many years and highly recommend WaterClear Pools.

Waterclear Pools maintenance technicians have all been excellent keeping our indoor pool in the best condition it s been since new. They send a thorough report with photo after each cleaning and treatment visit. Reliable, pleasant and within the timeframe promised.

So far so good. Just staring out. Very personable and professional.

Inconsistent. Unresponsive. Used them for several months beginning last year. Because their reputation used to be good. At first, acceptable service. Then every week someone different. They were here for literally 10 minutes. If they showed. Someone from Waterclear stepped on the chlorinator line and broke the speed fitting to the pump, which I fixed myself. I cancelled the service, they sent me a refund check, then started showing up to clean. I have sent multiple emails to Kristie and called the office - after cancelling. Yet they keep showing up. Just this AM someone showed up and let our dogs out. I cannot recommend Waterclear.

I was impressed. By the timeliness. We are new to area and he was here the same week. We hired for monthly service. He and his staff are very customer service oriented and professional.

I was very happy. They were polite and fine. Answered all my questions. The product they represented did everything they said it would. On time and always considerate. They started the job and worked until it was finished.

He's very accessible for the customers, always returns phone and is an all around good guy. All of their employees are very courteous!

They are always available should service ever be needed outside of regular routine!
