Appliance (Major Gas Appliance) - Install or Replace
Did not appear to have gas appliance experience. Hired to disconnect old gas range and hook up new gas range. Did not have new fittings for gas supply, so purchased at store and returned. Once connected, could not figure out why flame was so high. I called tech support and found model/serial number on the unit, provided info, determined it needed a converter kit for propane gas. When converter kit arrived, a relative installed it.

Bathroom - Remodel
Poor communication. 5-7 day project was to begin 4-11-16. Actual start 4-14-16 and completed today 5-4-16. Initial quality of work was poor and slow. Several errors on their part caused leaks damage to adjacent walls and carpet. Very rarely start first thing in the morning and end at 4 or 5pm. Only when needed to finish last few days. Left job with no activity for 3-4 day period due to other commitments more lucrative I suppose.

Fast in completing the job. Good communication. Rained the first day they were supposed to come. They called and notified me that they would be out there first thing in the morning the next day. They were definitely punctual.
