They did what they said they'd do in a professional manner and cleaned up after themselves. Not all contractors clean up afterwards.

Quick response, very courteous & professional. Helpful in explaining the problem & his solution. Fred was very respectful & knowledgeable. Even though the problem was minor, I liked that he had a certain checklist that he followed to diagnose and solve the problem. I have no issues in recommending & using his services again.

Great friendly people but quality of work was poor. Had to call them back to have them come correct something that wasn't done correctly. Left hole is sheetrock and didn't patch it. Also price changed the day the did work, I would not hire again.

"We found many electrical issues in attic that had to be corrected and addressed to owner. We had an approval from owner to correct the extra issues found in attic... She then calls us back that there were sparks coming out of her new dish washer. nothing to do what we were there for, we go back out of courtesy to rule out anything we did, we find out that who ever she hired previous to us to install dish wash was not wired correctly and there were exposed wiring We corrected problem at our expense.. we never even called for dish washer they tried put the blame on us.. So shame there are dishonest people.. We take pride in our services ..."

Appliance (Smaller Size) Installation and Replacement
Service was excellent. Arrived on time, got right to work, cleaned up the work site. Found out later that I was charged 300% over the going rate for the work so won't be using them again.

"My rate was mentioned before work was done. I have competative rates as a State Lic.Contractor some folks don't seem to understand We are not handyman service, we charge according and we have no hidden fees. I charge a 30 min one way plus min 1hr labor. There are those few that expect work done for nothing.Sorry i don't provide that type service."
