For one, I thought they were a little expensive for the work that I asked to be done, but the price was not restrictive. It was the communication I had a problem with. Any questions took days to get a response, Once work actually started I was not kept informed on the progress and when they would return to finish the work. Finally, their billing department asked for payment thinking the work was completed when the work still had not been finished so apparently the communication internally was also not good. On the positive side- They did good work, the people were nice when you actually interacted with them, and when they did find something wrong they were quick to resolve it. If they improve their communication and maybe were a little more affordable, I would rate them 5 stars. That said the communication is the big one.
