Customer service seems to be, for the most part, a thing of the past - but not with Coastline. I plan to have him back after we move to our new home to touch us other furniture and to receive some bids on reupholstering my sofa. Your company can use me as a reference any time you like. Had Kerry come out and repair my large recliner he did a fine job was on time very courteous and so far his upholstery repair has been very good! however the repair done to the mechanisim has not met my expectations as it has reverted back to where it was when he showed up! so i am going to have to call them back out today!

The service was fast, the repair exceptional and the repairman was on time, very friendly and knowlegable. I would definitely recommend Coastline Furniture, but would advise to protect carpets and hardwood floors. Our new bamboo floor got scratched in the process. But overall, we were very pleased.

The tech that came out, Jay, was the nicest man I have ever met. He was very friendly and worked hard, he repaired our couch in a timely fashion.. I very mucy enjoyed having him in our home.
