I am very critical of services that I receive, and I feel 100% comfortable giving C2C team these Five stars. We had a flooding problem five weeks before we were expecting our baby girl. C2C went out of their way to make sure they accommodated my timeline, worked with insurance, drove their contractors to schedule, addressed every small nit-picky thing I pointed out (with a smile), and finished the job like pro's. Special shout to David and Ryan. David was a savant at dealing with my insurance adjuster and got us the best payout. Ryan is a project management extraordinaire, and was fantastic to work through this restoration project. Can't say enough good things about these guys. At the end they enabled us to have our baby at our own house. Cheers to C2C.

Great customer service. Estimate came in much lower than competitors. C2C provided tips when purchasing finished materials ie sinks, faucets etc. Was very flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend C2C as I am very satisfied.

Coast 2 Coast did a wonderful job on my bathroom remodel..so wonderful that I added on the master suite with paint & wainscoting. All projects were done professionally and in the time frame of the original job, just two weeks. I would definitely hire them again!!

There are a lot of good things to say about about Coast to Coast Restoration. The company is as professional as any I have worked with. It can be a clich for a company to state they want their customers to be satisfied. Coast to Coast is sincere about it. Our house needed a few repairs. There was water damage behind the walls of a bathtub. The wood structure, wall backing, and tiles needed to be replaced. In other parts of the house there was an extensive amount of repairs needed to drywall and furniture wood along with painting. The owner of the company Jon was the supervisor for my project. Jon has a passion for his craft. This showed with the quality of the work done on our house. There were issues that arose during the course of our projects and Jon always had a solution. There was a deadline for our project to be completed that I did not believe would be possible to be met. Coast to Coast was able to meet that deadline. Cecilio was even working on a Sunday. As impressed as I was with Jon I was equally impressed with Cecilio and his abilities. Coast to Coast puts a high priority on the safety of their customers. In the past in construction often used were materials with toxic substances including asbestos. Removal of these materials and remnants left behind can cause illness. I saw the extensive safety precautions taken with the projects done on our house. During the removal of the bathtub walls a HEPA air filter was running in order to capture any dust. Any homeowner should be concerned about safety when remodeling a house. It should be the most important factor when deciding which contractor to hire. New kitchens, bathrooms, and decks are not important. Health of family members is what is important. I could not have had a better experience with Coast to Coast Restoration.

Trustworthy, considerate and reliable. I never once worried about leaving our house with C2C. Even our neighbors' property was also considered. That's priceless!

The experience with Jon and his team was flawless. If I could give a rating above 5 stars I would happily have done so. My experience with a previous bathroom remodel left me reluctant to tackle my nearly 40 year old original bath. Coast to Coast showed me how things CAN be done. The quote was very competitive and the work was done beautifully, neatly and in the time frame promised which was amazingly fast. Jon had eyes and hands on every stage to make sure all work was done to his very high standards. He gave great advice on selection and placement of elements, kept me advised about what would happen and when and he listened patiently to my questions & concerns. Coast to Coast gets the first and only call on the next project I am that confident about their work.

Jon gave me an extremely reasonable quote for my new closet and stuck to it. He had a a much better vision of how to create the finished product than the other three contractors I got quotes from. When I had concerns about a few issues, he got his very polite, hard-working crew to make things right. Very satisfied with the job! Highly recommend.

When I arrived home one night from work, I walked in the kitchen and heard water rushing every so many minutes. My kitchen floor (laminate) felt a little strange to walk on; I thought that maybe the water was coming from the pantry that was located right next to my refrigerator/freezer (which is built into the cabinetry). This indicated to me that a pipe had broken. I called Coast to Coast Restoration who had done some remolding for me that previous year to see if they could help. The owner himself came right out-it was not a pipe at all, it was coming from my built in refrigerator/freezer. Coast to Coast Restoration not only took care of the flood damage from the leak, packed out my kitchen and adjacent closet that was damaged as well, they did the restoration of my kitchen. My kitchen is beautiful! The owner was not only a professional in his field, he went the extra mile to provide me with great customer service, he always returned my calls and addressed any questions, and made suggestions that improved the appearance of my kitchen. I had them also remodel my downstairs bath as well. I will continue to use Coast to Coast Restoration for all my home improvement needs, and will recommend them highly!
