We paid over $17,000 for a job to not be completed or not solve the problems they were hired to fix. The biggest issues were we had a sunroom that was having a water leak and had a leak from a pipe in our garage. We were told they would replace the pipes in the garage that were leaking and do the finishing work -- not even 6 months later the same exact leak occurred and it was found they didn't replace any pipe but instead used roofing tar around a cast iron joint. For the sunroom, they had to dismantle a deck they previously installed and found where they repaired the concrete it s falling apart under the deck. They took the entire area of the sunroom that was leaking apart, even had us redo the roof, and it's still leaking. They did not fix the issue. They also cut our ac drain line and now that doesn't drain to the gutters and has made the lower deck slippery from algae build up. I have reached out many times asking for them to fix these issues and they are no longer responding

We had a few contractors come out and bid our project. We were very picky about certain things. This company and his crew went above and beyond. Will hire for more projects in the future.

The project Dylan and his crew done for me was great. He was on time, communicated thoroughly, fair priced and my project was complete. There was one board I had a question with and he came back out promptly and fixed it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to my family, friends, and even colleagues.

Hired cobine to build a pool deck at $5995.00 right off the bat he off centered my deck. So to someone with ocd this is an eyesore. Then the next big thing was very sloppy cutouts around pool tops. He fixed somewhat but still not satisfactory. Lastly gate/stairs horribly crooked. I wanted to give a good review but unfortunately this deck gets on our nerves daily. I wanted to hire for more work which he never submitted bid but would not hire company again. Seems like they are very hit and miss in customer satisfaction

I am beyond disappointed with the contracting company we hired to do a $14,000 job in our home. The list of problems they have caused is endless and the quality of their work is abysmal. To start, they incorrectly installed a bathtub which has now resulted in mold and potential water damage in our bathroom. They cut into the subfloor to avoid properly installing the tub, causing it to sink and pull the wall down and away from the ceiling. The floor they installed in our baby's nursery was incorrectly measured, leading to the doorframe being flexed inward and putting pressure on our pocket door. Now, the door won't open or close without sounding like it's going to break and scratching along the way. The floor is also incredibly loud and creaky. They built a wall that is uneven and unfinished, failed to put in new trim to complete the bathroom remodel, and didn't finish re-texturing the ceiling, leaving a huge unfinished spot. These are just a few of the major issues we've encountered. Despite our repeated attempts to get these issues corrected, we were ignored for months. It wasn't until we filed a complaint with the BBB that the contractor finally reached out. However, when the owner finally reached out, he didn't take accountability for any of the issues and instead blamed it on his finish, even though he was the one who looked at the work and signed off on it. His attempts to fix the problems only made things worse. Additionally, the lack of transparency from this company is alarming. They failed to communicate if a job was too big for them to take on, leading to a plethora of issues in our home. To add insult to injury, when we sought a quote from another reputable company, they indicated that the work done by the initial contractor was DIY at best. Our home is now facing water damage under the bathroom, mold where our baby takes baths, and a multitude of other issues that will cost us thousands to rectify. I strongly advise against hiring this contracting company. Their lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and refusal to address the issues they've caused have left us in a difficult and expensive situation.
