Cobra One

Cobra One is actually Vi-A Cleaning. NOWHERE in the booking, receipt or follow up mentions Cobra One. I believe this is a scam and a cover. Vi-A Cleaning was also terrible. I hired them to do a detailed move out cleaning, on an already pretty dang clean and empty house, but they didn?t complete half of their checklist items. No video call walkthrough was given. Pictures and videos were sent hours later after nudging Amanda. No responses have been received from Amanda since they got their payment. I?m very stressed and disappointed that we paid $700 for a cleaning that surface based and 80% of what they did do,I had to redo. Buyer beware! Lastly, their consultant was an hour late to the appointment and the cleaners were 45 minutes late. If you do happen to hire them anyway, do not expect their arrival times to be prompt. Pictures included below were items they were supposed to clean, but clearly did not touch.
