Frank and candid in answering questions and gave all the time needed. Did not push a particular brand, very easy to work with.

The contractor advertised a 12 months-no interest deal. I made the decision to go with a high efficiency, more expensive unit assuming I'd have 12 months to pay it off. First, I'm charged for a thermostat I never bought, then I find out my terms are 90 days same-as-cash, not 12 months. The contractor called me to advise me of the mistake, and said he was fixing the overcharge. I told him the terms also need to be revised. Weeks later, I'm informed the terms were extended to 6 months, and the overcharge removed. When I received my bill, the charge was still there. They say they're sending me a check. I'm stuck paying it off in 6 months!

They were the third service men to come out and try to get our furnace going and the second to pronounce it dead. Of course I wanted to get a few estimates first, but when they gave me their estimate and said they could get a new one in that day,I hired them on the spot. Our service men were on time, friendly, professional and lived up to their promise, we had heat that day. I just wish we had called them first. Next time we won't go two weeks without heat because they will be the first ones we call.

They were very friendly and efficient, Outstanding and very professional in their work ethics. I would recommend them to any of my friends, family or anyone needing AC work performed. These days you don't get that kind of personal touch.

Jamey was consistent with pricing from the first conversation I had with him. No changes to the quote during the install. Very polite and professional.

They came out and their quote was by far cheaper then the others, and it was same unit. They really know their business, and was able to put in my new unit the same day, which was amazing. Very sweet people. We have found us a new A/C heating company to use in the future to service our A/C and heating, and that is Cochran Cooling and Heating. Its nice to find someone you know you can trust!! Thanks so much!!

Fast efficient work and came in on a Saturday morning to fix the AC. Would definitely use again.

Cochran cooling came through in a crunch and exhibited a sincere appreciation for my time. I was very pleased with the professionalism, thoroughness and follow-up service/interest that I received from the tech that serviced my unit. Best of all was the cost was very reasonable and fair! Overall it was a great business transaction; I have no qualms, whatsoever.

They called that night approx. 30 minutes after request was made and was out to the home by 7am.
