I have 9 high end rental properties in Asheville, NC. Kelly, the owner of Cochrane's Handyman Services, serviced these houses over the last three years. Kelly can build, repair, install, plumb, paint...he was exceedingly capable at every task ever asked of him. I was very impressed with his problem solving skills. He is exceptionally competent and very skilled. I cannot recommend him highly enough. It is my loss that he moved out of the area.

The errors were too many. He can not follow instructions. The forgotten instructions were more than those remembered. He cried repeatedly and said he needed his Meds and blamed the VA for not getting him his proper antidepressents. The cost of ruined materials exceeded the original total estimate. The inadequate knowledge and lack of proper training were obvious. In short, HomeAdvisor seems a preposterous organization that does no screening whatsoever

"Some people are just plain old difficult to work with. This customer alienated every other contractor in Gunnison County and now he has to return to his drunken, never show up, so called contractor, to finish his poorly constructed deck that he started. As for Joseph S., He needs to keep private, confidential information just that, PRIVATE! Good luck with your drunken contractor Mr. Joseph S."
