Tay (& her husband, Chris!) did such a thorough home inspection for us. Dependent on my schedule (and SHORT-TERM notice!), she was prepared to spend as much or as little time as I wanted; totally responsive! 🤗 And after conducting her inspection, she walked me thru the house, and went over each item she highlighted, so that when I got her report, I was not left with a what s she talking about moment. 👍 And I gotta say, my chauvinist wife <grin> was really apprehensive about me having scheduled a female inspector, but I had been well satisfied with the competence Tay displayed in our initial interview, impressed with her multiple certifications, and very glad to support a veteran, who had been thru a pretty gender-neutral work community...and so was my initially apprehensive wife. 😉 Guys, you will be very satisfied with Tay s customer service, and you will be very confident in the completeness of her inspection product.
