Very pleased with my overall experience with Code Red Plumbing and especially with their technician Tod. Tod was professional, fair, personable, and even came out to my house on a Saturday when he wasn't "on call". The work done was prompt and of excellent quality. I have hired Code Red in the past for an emergency and this time they came to install a toilet. The first time he came out it went well but due to complications we were not aware of (the floor tiles were not level), the toilet did not seat well. He came back out quickly and took care of the problem and it has been over a month and all is well with the job. I was very pleased with the customer service and attitude of the plumber who came out both times and took care of the problems!!!!

I found my main water leak on a Sunday and Lucas got back to me on that day asking questions and answering questions I had. Clay showed up on time the next day and gave me a quote after we discussed the project. Arrived on time the next day for the job. Clay, Lewis, and Ryan introduced themselves and were extremely courteous. They did not mind my asking questions and taking pictures. They finished when Clay said they would and put everything back like it was before they started. Cleaned up very well. Definitely will be calling again if I need any plumbing work.

Pete, the plumber who came to fix our problem was so good and knowledgeable that he recognized that the drain under the kitchen sink had been installed all wrong and not up to today's code. He cleared the clog and then remedied the drain configuration so the situation wouldn't happen again. He did this simply and effectively with an inexpensive part and no extra charge. No other plumber in the last 40 years since the house was built noticed or mentioned this anomaly. Pete is awesome and Code Red Plumbing is smart to have him on staff.

They arrived late after having ?car troubles ? I had to ask for a proposal to effect repairs. The proposal was not a unit price proposal as I was told I would get. I wouldn?t hire them on a bet.

Code Red succeeded after THREE OTHER plumbing companies failed. I was without toilets and water for TWO DAYS. Their plumber, Troy, could not have been more personable and committed to solving my problem. AND, Code Red did the job at midnight on a Saturday for substantially less than all other quotes I was given! From the dispatcher to the finished service, these people could not have been better.

The main line from the street to my house broke and Brad was great. He explained what need to be done and gave me the lowest estimate of all other companies. The lady that called me initially was very friendly also and called to keep me informed of when he would make it to my house. I was very pleased overall and will definitely be using this company again. The work was quality and my yard doesn't look like it was ever dug up. Awesome job Brad!

Of all places that went out for hiring, they were so fast at calling where others literally took over a day. Work was quality, they knew what needed to be done and the process needed to get the gas turned back on and the guys were on location within an hour of calling me.
