"Just for clarity, this comment was left by an angry builder who wanted me to work for dirt cheap ($2,000 for a full permit set), and instead of being reasonable & mature, they decided to slander my name to their clients. I have never claimed to be a licensed architect, because in most cases with residential design work you don't need to be. I did however graduate with a Bachelors in Architecture, and I have 15 years of experience working in the industry, and I have successfully completed dozens of projects that were permitted & constructed."
