Painting was done well and on time. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work at the expected price. Would have preferred more sanding in the front door to remove weathered effect but i think that might be a specialty service. Door was sanded, stained, and coated as requested. Mark did good work.

He was on time, efficient. He knew what he was doing. He got the doors up very well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

WAS NOT EXACTLY POWER WASHING BUT THE DRIVEWAY IS CLEA AND THAT IS WHAT I WANTED.

Mark told me he would come on thursday, or let me know by phone. He did not show on Thursday, but did come today (Friday). He did not bring his pressure washer as promised, and when I asked why he said it was a hassle to load up. I then expressed that he had committed to finish by Saturday, and he stated that he had other jobs. I said that if he could not finish by saturday as promised I could get someone else. He blew up and yelled at me, and I tried to get him to sit down and listen to reason, but he continued to gripe about how much he had already done and implied that my jobs weren't worth what I was paying him. He was paid $30 per hour including time picking up supplies. He stormed out of the house when I insisted that he was the employee and I was the employer, and that he would have to listen to me.

We had Mark replace the doors on our shed in the backyard. He did a great job and we were pleased with the result. He is a very pleasant person and easy to talk to. We would certainly use him again for any other repairs that we may need in the future.

Mark repaired outside rotted trim on fascia from roof leak above. He replaced and repainted the trim, and recaulked the area between our roof and upstairs deck, which was the cause of the leak, and other areas around the outside of the deck that showed moisture damage and separation from the tiles. He's very professional and competent and did the job at a reasonable price. We'll definitely use him again for any other home repairs.

Mark and Phil did a great job!! They were able to do every project I asked of them. They fixed my staircase which was very problematic/loose, installed ceramic tiles, painted, trimmed trees, did roof repairs, installed lights and fixtures, etc, etc! They are really nice, professional, trustworthy men who brought their own equipment (chainsaw/power sprayers/tile saw/etc), and they charge way to little for their expert services. I am a woman and they did exactly what I needed, gave me great advice, and I plan to use them to renovate my new home when I move. EXCELLENT HANDYMEN!!

We have a 12 year old deck that was improperly built and had no support. It definitely presented a challenge to repair. Mr. Cogburn did a wonderful job and we are extremely pleased with the results. He was prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. We will definitely use his services in the future, and would refer him to anyone without hesitation.
