These guys were quick to come to the house and walked me through the rats nest that was my AC control system. They diagnosed my need to for a new compressor and demonstrated the problem with the wrrrrr-chunk noise a locked -up compressor makes. They didn’t upsell me for a whole new system like Magnolia did, or overcharge by 30% more like another company did. They replaced the compressor including unraveling other HVAC techs bizarre wiring in under 4 hours and gave me pointers on what to look for to avoid problems in the future. Straightforward and honest, I couldn’t expect more from an HVAC tech.

Last Minute Services are a Godsend! Great guys and service with extremely fast response time. They figured out what was wrong with our HVAC system and explained everything clearly then fixed it for a pretty reasonable price. My family almost went through a 90+ degree weekend with no AC. We appreciate that Nicholas and his Tech associate came to help. We will definitely be calling again!

Nick was absolutely outstanding. He fixed my air conditioning and walked me through every step of the process so I understood exactly what was going on. Fast, friendly and efficient. Needed my outdoor heat pump unit moved to a new location which required rewiring and new piping. Great communication in the lead up and clean, efficient work. Definitely recommend.

Nick with Last Minute Services did an excellent job. He surveyed my AC and heat systems and highlighted things that could be improved. He was very honest and didn’t try and over sell me on things I needed. He gave me recommendations on maintenance needed, but even though he could’ve charged me for the service, he showed me things I could do. He save me at least a couple hundred dollars. I am definitely using him again and will refer him to my friends.

Nicholas arrived on time to give an estimate on cleaning inside and outside coils of a heat pump. One of the big HVAC companies said they need to be cleaned every year for $700. Nicholas showed me that the coils don’t actually need cleaning this year instead of cleaning them and charging me unnecessarily. Thank you, Nicholas!

Great work. I had two astronomical quotes. He immediately raised red flags over the phone then came by and was extremely thorough in checking a few different paths out. He was knowledgeable, and attentive. Ended up being a much simpler fix and thankful I got some additional input.

Avery Savage, the Pro sent by Angi was extremely honoest and very proficient. I already knew what was wrong with my HVAC system so I had already purchased a replacement thermostat. I have known other technicians who have tried to get clients to purchase entirely new systems when only a thermostat was needed. Avery was very honest and excellent job access and fixing the problem. I would use this company again and highly recommend Mr. Savage!

called me within 3 or 4 minutes of my posting the job. completely flexible about scheduling. arrived 5 minutes early and completed work promptly. very knowledgeable--as well as pleasant to deal with.

What a great experience! Nicholas responded immediately to my request, asked me a number of questions about the problem with my AC and had practically diagnosed the issue by the time he arrived at my house just a few hours later. He investigated thoroughly and, sure enough, his pre-diagnosis was correct ... and he had brought along the necessary parts in anticipation. My house is now lovely and cool and I have a new AC technician! I believe Nicholas also works with boilers/radiators, too, so I expect to have him maintain both my AC and heating systems going forward. Bonus: he's good-humored and a genuinely nice guy!

Nick was pleasant and professional from the very start? beginning with our initial phone call. When he arrived, he removed his shoes to protect my floors. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my boiler and got to work resolving it. He was in and out in no time, and did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts and services. What I feared would be a time-consuming and expensive fix, was neither. I appreciate that he did not try to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I will be calling Nick for all my heating needs, and recommending him to all my friends.

I had an emergency when my 20 year old boiler malfunctioned and began emitting noxious fumes. Last Minute diagnosed the problem and then came up with a solution. The work was completed on Christmas Eve. Talk about dedication and commitment to service! I was provided tips as well on maintaining the warmth during the winter months. We are happy and warm now.
