We had a relatively small project and I was shocked to find many construction companies have a project minimum of 10,000+ dollars I was so happy when we found COHO construction they came out did an estimate and it was actually in budget!! They completed our project in two days as promised and cleaned up after themselves!!The staff was kind to my young daughter and let her watch and ask questions. So awesome to find an honest hard working contractor! 10/10 recommend!!

Small crew. Had a hard time removing and making new holes for fence posts, due to terrain, so took longer. Post job cleanup could have been a little better. In general, did good job. Am happy with final outcome.

The owner of the COHO fence was very informative and answerd all my concerns. The workers were not concerned about finishing the job and cleaning up after themselves Tools ,screws and garbage left on my property after the job was finished . The owner of the company came back to my property and finished cleaning up and finalized the job. The fence itself Was fine although the post holes were not filled in.

I hired CoHo Construction to build a small fence around my property. On one side of the property, they did a great job. The other side of the property is misaligned. Additionally, they didn't follow instructions on placement of the fence line. When I asked for them to come back to correct the error, I was told that they would be putting a lien on my house. I dont feel this is right and I should not be treated this way.

My experience was good easy to text and talk with owner, did a great job on the side wood fence, half needed to be replaced . The Price of the replacement fence was in my budget range. I would use the company again!

These guys are awesome!!! Communication was spot on texts/calls and in person. Great work and fence looks great and for a reasonable price.
