This company did an excellent job on the upholstery they were hired to clean .Hunter and his crew were very professional from start to finish .

Hunter was very polite and very flexible, but we were charged by the square foot and many pieces of furniture were not moved for cleaning. If we needed to have pieces moved for the cleaning that should have been said prior to their arrival. It felt as if they were rushing to get the job done so quickly that they left areas undone. We were left with one restroom left undone and a white residue on the floors and baseboards. Hunter was very apologetic and did return to clean the floor in the bathroom and wipe down the baseboards. Over-all I feel they are capable of doing a great job, but our marble floors were a bit of a challenge and they underestimated the amount of time that would be needed for the cleaning.

Hunter Was terrific. He came early and worked all day long until 7 o clock at night and everything he did was first class. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

On Friday, June 14th Coit Services performed by Hunter were great. Hunter was professional and did an outstanding job. I plan to use his service for carpet cleaning very shortly. I would not hesitate to recommend Coit and especially, Hunter. I was also very impressed that I received a call to tell me that the previous job Hunter was working was running a bit longer. I feel a thorough job was done and there was no clean up to do when Hunter left. Thank you and my thanks to Hunter for a job well done.

Hunter and his crew came out to my house last week and I cannot stop talking about what a wonderful experience it was. They arrived on time and were professional from start to finish. They removed every spot and stain from my white couches. They look BRAND NEW!!! Highly recommend! They are my new go to for all cleaning projects!!! Love love COIT!!

The person arrived exactly on time, was extremely personable, knowledgeable and proud of his business. The quality of the tile and grout work was excellent and I would highly recommend him to my friends for the same type of work. I learned that the company does other types of cleaning and restoration and I plan get a quote on vent cleaning in the near future.

Service was excellent- and my sofa looks almost new again-

Very great service. I have a one bedroom apartment every area was cleaned except for areas with very heavy objects (under bed). My carpet looks brand new and this is my first cleaning in one year with heavy traffic from a cat and a dog. Price is a little steep, but customer service is worth it. They will definitely be my go to for carpet cleaning.

The experience started positive from the minute that I received a call from their office setting up the appointment time. The person was friendly, professional, and helpful setting up time and confirming it again on the morning of the appointment. The two person team was timely, friendly, and professional, . They reviewed the job with me and worked diligently for hours to complete the job. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again when it is time to clean the carpets in my house.
