Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
The job was scheduled to take 5 days and ended up taking over 3 weeks. I have a lien on my house for the company not paying for material that they purchased through JOBE. The contract specified on site concrete mixing and they purchased concrete on their own. There were several commitments made that were not followed through on.

Work was originally contracted on 6/18 and only partially delivered by 7/11 when work stopped completely and 2 weeks went by without any further work being done or materials delivered to work site despite numerour promises to the contrary. A 2nd contractor had to be brought in to complete the job and repeated attempts to communicate with Colby have not resulted in a resolution. What work was completed was good quality but timeliness and communication are major issues with this contractor due to overcommittment and insufficient resources.
