Junior did a good job. There was some miss communication but corrections were made in the end. I did spend extra money to buy more lumber to fix a problem area (the top rail at the 90 degree turn was made as a butt joint and I wanted a mitered joint). I wound up with a lot of extra wood. (overestimation I suppose.)

The job I had could not be accomplish by this company. I had to stop them after 5 hours of attempting the difficult slope installation. The work they could complete was done well-painting and simple fireplace molding.

While Nick is very personable and polite, the quality of work was BAD! I ended up having to tear out all of his work and re-do it myself because the lattice work was bowing and falling down. I discovered he did not use appropriate hardware to secure any of the lattice work he did. He used tacks rather than actual nails in some places and failed to use galvanized screws despite me explaining this area would be exposed to weather. The actual price came in nearly $200 higher than his original estimate and he purchased too much material despite my detailed instructions on exactly how much material to purchase. The only thing he did right was correctly cut the materials to the right dimensions - which was helpful when I reinstalled everything. I believe he is a nice person but in over his head on simple projects. He lacks attention to detail, does not clean up after himself, and seems too focused on getting the job done as fast as possible without thinking about the long term stability of a project.

Hard workers and reliable. Both Nick and Junior were easy to talk to, determined to move my tremendous amount of snow and did a great job. Definitely will call them again and highly recommend them.

Easy to talk and understanding what is required to finish the job. Very reasonable and dependable staying on the job until finished.

Showed up later than stated, but did a good job.

Junior did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them in the future.
