Mike was great! His quote was very reasonable for the contracted work and did a fine job of explaining everything. He was very prompt for the initial meeting as well as the day Mike and his worker came over to do the job. I highly recommend Cole Electric! Thank you, Mike, for helping to keep my Kitty warm this winter! :)

I can't say enough good things about Mike and his staff! Very professional, fair rates, honest work, problem solver, respectful, and on and on goes the accolades! He showed up on time. He communicated the problems well. He did not waste time fixing the problems. We had a kitchen light installed with wiring issues, 3 outlets that were out with faulty wiring, and a doorbell replaced. He even had a replacement doorbell on hand to install! We had a previous electrician tell us that we needed the whole house rewired, which was not true. Being able to trust a repairmen in my home not to do me wrong is huge to me! The time estimate was exactly what he quoted. He and his crew cleaned up well, even swept our kitchen. I would most definitely use him again, and would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Mike and staff for a stellar job!

The work performed in itself was fine; I was kept informed and he was on time and seemed to perform the work required. However, Mr. Cole passed along the "Home Advisor Fee" of $24.66 on the project, which was not disclosed prior to performing the work. If you want to pay that much above the project cost as we did so he can recoup his advertising costs, then go ahead and hire him. He also charged more than a 10% markup on the materials needed. Personally, I'll go with another company next time.

(consumer name withheld per their request) was out of state, so she had to get someone to let me in which she had done the next day. I arrived at the residence did some troubleshooting. I then called (consumer name withheld per their request) gave her my diagnosis on the phone and explained the cost of repairs and what i would be doing . She approved cost and work, i retrieved the required materials and preformed the work agreed to. i sent (consumer name withheld per their request) a bill and she explained she would pay same day. I preformed repairs on 7/25/17 and as of 8/14/17 i have not received payment or contact from (consumer name withheld per their request) phone rings busy and info on home advisor lead was changed. Be careful when doing work for (consumer name withheld per their request)"
