Excellent service. Diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to extend the life of a 30 year old through the wall 25,000 btu AC until we could purchase and install a replacement. All done in the middle of the horrific heat wave. Only company that had a solution to the immediate problem. Would highly recommend Cole!!!

I had no heat in our master bedroom! I asked for a quote this morning at 9am, and they were out at the house at 10am. Fast, efficient & courteous. Keith was awesome! I would absolutely hire him again!

He came in and quickly did the agreed to work. Once complete, he was not happy with the way the furnace was running so he spent the next hour figuring out exactly what was wrong and finding and fixing the blocked fuel tank. It was late on Friday night and he stayed until everything worked perfectly.

Attic or Whole House Fan - Repair
Ken was terrific. Diagnosed the problem immediately. Old belt needed to be changed. Whole house fan is now working like new - and it's 28 years old! Price was also very fair. Highly recommend Cole Heating & Cooling! Very professional company.

Cole was very fast at responding to my inquiry and getting over for my service request. Not only were they the most fairly priced, they were also understanding of the fact that I serviced my own system and only needed a freon charge, unlike the other companies I spoke to. The other companies not only quoted a much higher price but they also insisted on checking my system before they would charge the freon, even after explaining to them that I had already serviced the system myself.

Central A/C - Install
They did a clean install. Their weakness would be follow up. The unit was never tested due to an electrical issue and I was surprised that they didn't want to come out and test the system, check the charge and so on. That being said I have no complaints about the performance of the AC unit and they were a pleasure to work with
