Very disappointed with Cole Painting LLC. The job site was left messy every day with open paint cans, dirty brushes and rollers, and equipment scattered around. I constantly had to clean up after the crew. The workmanship was below professional standards. There was paint and texture overspray, wall patches were not properly prepped or blended, and the new texture did not match the existing walls. I was also repeatedly asked if I thought certain areas looked good, and too often the answer was no. I expected professional-quality work and attention to detail, but that was not my experience. I would not recommend Cole Painting LLC.

"Hi James, thank you for the detailed feedback. I want to address a few specifics. On texture: the industry standard for a repair is a close, blended match ? not a perfect replication, since even small variations in wall age and texture make an exact match a technical impossibility. On the jobsite: you'd approved overspray on the bare concrete subfloor since the flooring was being replaced after our work, so that wasn't an oversight on our part. But loose brushes, rollers, and equipment left out day to day isn't something we normally do, and I apologize for that. This job had many repairs and different renovations requiring many tools and materials. Our crew was focused on hitting your completion date, and we finished a day ahead of schedule with final touch-ups on the last day ? completing drywall repairs, texturing, walls, ceilings, doors, and window stools in under a week. That pace shouldn't have come at the cost of daily cleanup, though, and I own that."
