Kitchen Remodel
Seth does not communicate. I had to threaten suit to get him to work. I paid him 2/3 of the total estimate but then decided to sell the house so I cut back on my original plans. He finally finished and I have asked numerous times for a revised quote but he is finished the project so he is ghosting me. The house sold but on inspection there were numerous issues. Dishwasher drainage twisted. Electrical outlets not grounded, installed improperly. The list is long. Please do not hire this guy. You will be sorry. I still dont know what the final project actually cost. I am just thankful to be rid of him!!

Communications is minimal, he does not follow through, he changed the quote by double in the middle of the project.
