The pool installation went very poorly! In the fall of 2021, Chris installed a pool on my property, and I have had nothing but problems since he installed it! Initially, the pool leaked, and because it was late in the year, he told me he would come back in the spring of 2022 to fix the leak. Chris came back in May of 2022 to fix the leak, which he did. He had to remove the liner, fix the drain, and then put the liner back in. Unfortunately, when putting the liner back in, there were numerous problems. The floor of the pool is now bumpy at some points, and there are ruts in other spots. In addition, the liner is folded over on itself in numerous areas of the pool, including the steps, and there are many creases! After many calls to Chris (without him returning my calls), he finally returned my call and came back to look at the liner. I tried giving him a break because he started Coler Pools just a year or two ago by asking him to either buy me a new liner that I would pay someone else to install or give me the cash for the liner. He agreed to reimburse me at the time, but since then he has never returned any of my calls or emails and has not supplied me with a liner or the cash equivalent. Keep in mind that I was still going to have to pay someone for the installation of a new liner and to drain and refill the pool. I would definitely not recommend using Coler Pools!
