Better prices than others. Worked quickly. Thought I was getting a service that would remove creosote buildup. Turns out that's not to be expected within a normal cleaning. I didn't know because this is my first fireplace. He offered to credit the cost of my sweeping towards the creosote removal so I'd say he tried to be very helpful. But I wouldn't have ever paid for a creosote removal (very expensive) and I wouldn't have hired for a normal sweep if I knew it didn't include what I wanted. Lesson learned the hard way.

Professional and did a great job. Good communication and quality work despite nasty weather conditions. I would recommend them and will probably be calling them for my chimney needs. They were quick to respond to our request and called to let us know exactly when they would be arriving. I regard them highly as business pros.
