Put down a deposit and nearly 2 years later didn't complete the job. Had every excuse in the book. Asked for money back, which he agreed. Never sent in check, and then ghosted us. We took him to court - he never showed up and we got the default judgement. Then he never paid. Attached judgement.

Excellent!!! Beyond my expectations!!!! Collar City was prompt, professional and creative. Ed gave us great ideas and the painting was spectacular!!! We had several main rooms done at one time but we were not inconvenienced. The workers were efficient and courteous. They moved furniture in and out and cleaned up each day. One day I think they even vacuumed!!! We have no hesitation in highly recommending Collar City!!!!
