Very professional from the initial phone call with a quote to the pick up. I think the cost was a little high, but they did everything else perfect and you do get what you pay for in a quality way.

It's always hard to pay someone to take away things you no longer need or use...like a huge, old commercial treadmill. But sometimes it's necessary and there are folks like College Hunks who will take care of it. They were polite, capable and helpful. Well done.

Even though I was very happy with The service, I was surprised at the high cost. My fault for not figuring out the scope of the project in relationship to cost.

Try to be the first pick up on their schedule. With my project, the workers had already removed junk from 2 homes. The truck was nearly full on arrival. By the time the workers were working on the 2nd truckload, they were obviously exhausted. They powered through, however. They were friendly and professional and I will definitely use them again.

Nathan and Jeremy were very professional, friendly, and efficient. Will definitely use again for any future hauling needs.

Nice people, crap equipment blocked driveway for over 30 min because breaker kept tripping. Not even close in price to what I was told. Never again.

They got there quickly after having been contacted, as scheduled, were courteous, and did a good job. They said the price had been underquoted when the job was set up (via text the previous day), but after talking to their manager, they honored the price as originally quoted.

Workers were GREAT! The pricing was all out of line! A couch, a truck tire and one other item cost $464.00! Way too much! Not happy!

Couple guys I spoke to on the phone were courteous and professional, but the price and quality of work was not satisfactory. Tenants moved out and left an unplugged refrigerator full of food that was rotting. I provided all the information about the rotting food, and was quoted $105 to haul away the refrigerator, and was told the job was going to be done the next day. However, I heard nothing the next day until I called back and got someone to come out the following day. Then after the job was done, I was told that because of the heavy load, it was going to cost me another $75, which totaled $180. I didn't have a choice, since it the job was done. Then, when I had the new refrigerator delivered, they were not able to install it (for free) because there was a leak. Haulers just ripped off the water hose leaving it to leak for 2 days. It may not have been their job or expertise to know how to turn off the waterline to , but I wish they could have informed me, so I could take care of it. It's now costing me another $250 for handyman to clean, fix the waterline, and install the new refrigerator.
