the service person arranged a time and arrived promptly. He was courteous, examined the project thoroughly and explained exactly what was involved and the cost, which seemed reasonable. repair was completed in a timely manner and workmanship was very good.

While he was able to quickly fix the roof leak with a waterproof sealer on the stack, it took less than 15 minutes for him to do it. Had I had the right size ladder, I could have done it myself and saved the exhorbitant $225 he charged me. That's just entirely too much money to do what he did with an $8 tube of sealant.

"Due tothe overwhelming price of insureance and advertiseing we have a minimum that we have to charge to stay in buisnes ,w cant work for free.And most of the time we go where most people cant get to its dangerous work up there."
