Simply great!

I had intermittent problems with my A/C. Either the compressor would run but no fan or the fan would run and no AC. Craig came out and of course could not find anything wrong with the system. He pulled the control unit out tested all voltages and it was fine, put the unit back together and the system totally failed! We decided it was the control unit so he picked up a new one but the wiring was different so he had to deal with tech support to get it straight. My furnace sheet metal was bent when it was installed so he had a hell of a time getting the control module swapped out. Works perfect bill was very reasonable for materials and labor

As soon as I submitted a request on Service Magic for A/C companies the owner, Craig, of CCCC called me immediately. Our A/C unit had not been checked in a few years because the previous company we used ripped us off. I was nervous to hire another A/C company, but Craig was professional and knowledgeable. I had my husband talk to him as well. Craig came out and checked everything on our A/C unit. He said we only needed a little freon. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

My A/C went out, and they contacted me quickly, arrived that afternoon and gave me a temporary fix until the proper part could be installed, which they did first thing the following morning. Quick, knowledgable and relieble. I would definately use them again.

Explained in detail his findings and recommendations. Did not try to sell unnecessary services like others. Will be using in the future. I rated customer service a 4.5 only because he was a little late the initial consult but he did phone early to let me know his previous appt was longer than expected.

Craig is amazing! He talked me through the diagnosis over the phone and came out the next day to make the repair. He was honest, polite and talked to me like a real person - not like some of those "know-it-all" repair people who talk down to you. I would recommend him to everyone!

Craig was very nice - the scope of what needed to be done on this project was not a fit, but he told us what types of contractors could do the work. We ended up calling him to service/clean our AC units in new home, because he was so nice to us.

As a rental home manager, the tenant in McKinney called me on Friday after after 8pm to report AC broken down. I had a problem with my air conditioning and needed to get things taken care of fast. I own a home in Garland, and but live in Dallas. My tenant was suffering with 100 degree temperatures inside the home. After sending a request through service magic, Mr. Lee responded to me within 5 minutes. He was able to provide me with same day service, and give me an honest quote. He was efficient and within a few hours the home was cool again. I will contact him again if I need service on my heating or air system.

We had a temporary problem that was resolved by the time he arrived, although we didn't realize it yet. He checked every detail of our A/C and told us it was just fine. All we had to pay for was his time. He could've told us anything was wrong with it and charged more, and we would never have known it. I highly recommend him -- definitely has plenty of integrity.
