I had a hard time finding a phone number for the business after the initial contact. He had texted me and I did not receive the text. Instead of calling, he just did not show up, so when I got out to the lake after not being there for two weeks, the lawn was way overgrown. I called the number that came up on the web and it was his mother answering the phone, so not his number. I did not get a response until two days later and it was a text, not a call. Then I get a nasty reply complete with swearing that he does not have to kiss anyone a** because I told him as a business owner it is his responsibility to make sure he is following up with customers. I assumed my lawn was being taken care of because I had not heard otherwise and I received an invoice for service. Not impressed.

Prompt, personable, efficient

Don't hesitate to call and have them quote your job. Ours was a fairly significant landscape project. They will take some time to understand what you want and then thoughtfully price it and give a timeline they stick to. They have a great work ethic and the end result is an absolute wonderful job at a very fair price! I really can't say enough good things about this crew.
