He talks a good talk. I gave Bill $13K to build a deck in Dec 2012. I've spent over a year and a half chasing him around and got nothing but excuses and stories. There were also a few outright lies. The rough framing that he did do all needs to be replaced now due to warpage from not having deck boards. I've tried my best to work with him since he has 2/3 of our project money. I saw him last in June and don't expect any further contact. DO NOT GIVE BILL ANY MONEY!!!!

Horrible customer service.took deposit and excuse after excuse why he did not start job.gave many dates would be there and no show time after time.job still not done 6 weeks later.promised would be totally completed in 2-3 weeks if not sooner.would not trust home advisor again.

Took 1/3 of the money never put up the fence. I had a contract date of May 6th, Never called. When I asked for my money back I got excuses now it is May 25 no fence just stories.

Terrible, I felt I was lied to, Bill Willard is full of excuses....Once you give him the deposit, your will almost never hear from him unless you harass him...I'm still waiting for work to be done...all I have is a big hole in my yard when I HOPE one day a patio will be! The only reason why I don't fire him right now is because he still has $5000 of my money....I would have given him a 0 rating but the system will only allow 0.5

"Our company strives to build the best quality in every job, We tried to communicate with the customer, we were late at starting his job due to several projects in our busy season, we did communicate with both him and his wife and extended the completion date, Then from that point the job went sour, We are on the project and could not install a patio due to a severe water problem that he did not want to pay to correct. We will finish the job on time and it will be a great installation as all of our jobs. We work hard to please all our customers. We will work harder to communicate with each one as we grow our company."

Bill and his team were great to work with. The install our fence and removed the old fence seamlessly. The even fixed a piece of loose siding and an unhinged gutter. The price was right and the service was A+. We will certainly hire them again for future projects.
