I would recommend Chem-Dry to anyone needing their upholstery cleaned. Not only were they extremely easy to interact with, my furniture, which had not been cleaned for years, looks terrific. They deserve six stars in my estimation.

I was very impressed with the care and knowledge of the technician that cleaned my upholstery. He gave me honest advice on what could or could not be safely cleaned and actually eliminated items which ultimately saved me money. They did a very thorough job cleaning each piece of furniture. I would definitely use them again. My furniture definitely feels and looks much cleaner at not a great expense and one that seems worth it.

They were great. Customer service was nice and easy to talk to and book the cleaning appointment. The couch doesn t really smell clean. I wasn t aware that the add on deodorant was needed but I also don t want my couch to smell of a perfume-like fragrance. The only issue is the smell of the couch now that it s been cleaned by colonial chem dry. Other than that everything else was great.

"Hi Gwen, Thank you for sharing your comments. I'm glad you were happy with the cleaning results and the customer service by my office staff. I'm not sure but it sounds like you were hoping there would be a lingering "clean/fresh" scent following the cleaning. This could be achieved by adding a fragrance to our cleaning solution. But because so many people today have sensitivities to scents, we refrain from adding any. For those customers that enjoy a lingering fresh scent we have the option of a spraying a lightly scented deodorizer. Unless there are food spills or pets sleeping on the furniture, the deodorizer isn't usually needed. However, sometimes the fabric itself can emit a "stale" scent when it's wet, especially during rainy and humid weather. Usually this is temporary and the smell improves with some dry weather and airing out."

When we encounter permanent stains, we try to set expectations, by communicating our concerns in regards to delivering a satisfactory outcome. I understand that our service technician informed you that the water stains were most likely permanent and you authorized him to proceed. Nevertheless, we have scheduled another appointment in hopes that a second cleaning will improve the appearance of your furniture."

The techs were polite, efficient, spoke with me before during after completion to review and explain each step. My. Rooms were carefully measured to assess the final cost that was very fair!he carpet looks wonderful, dried in 4 hours and I because I requested no scented pre-treatment thete wad no after odor. They carefully used protectors under furniture and items I didnt move. Teo days later I see a brighter clean carpet and have scheduled another appointment for the 1st floor of my home!

Incredibly responsive office/scheduling staff. Workers called a few minutes prior to arrival, and patiently waited for me to get home (I was stuck in traffic). Workers were polite and courteous, spent time discussing options and answering questions. Actual carpet cleaning was fast and efficient, and they did a great job minimizing a stain that had been set in for who knows how long. I would hire them again without hesitation, and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

The pro was very pleasant and efficient and careful not to track mud or spill liquids on the new floors. He explained that adding in the leather chair would be expensive and couldn't be done today, so I decided to let it go. I am very pleased with how the couch looks.
