Liked everything about what was done except for the timing. Got up early on a nasty rainy morning to be ready for my 8 to 10 a.m. scheduled slot. Representative courteously called at 9:40 a.m. to say he would be there by 10:30. Not his fault, but the company could have told me by the day before that his first job was an hour away in CT. They promised to send a reminder email and to make a follow-up call after he finished the job. Neither happened. Representative did a great job with the cleaning, however, so I am a satisfied customer overall.

They were on time, (a bit early actually), and the technician was very polite. He took the time to listen to my concerns about the stained carpet area and told me exactly how he was going to handle it. Most of the stain is gone, and the rest of the carpet looks great. They were fast and efficient. I would definitely hire them again.

The rugs look great. They got me in while I was away. That's the good stuff. I was quoted $140 but when the guy showed up he wanted $300 plus (not happening). They told me 10am. When I called the office because they were late they said they gave me a window (not true).

"I'm glad you were pleased with how your rugs look. As far as the pricing goes, our company charges by the square foot rather than a set room rate, so the price is determined by the actual size of the room(s). We feel this is the most fair method of pricing, because customers that have smaller rooms pay less than customers with larger rooms. We do our best to provide a ballpark estimate over the phone, based on our customers estimated room sizes. When our technician comes out for the cleaning, he measures and provides an exact price based on the actual sizes of the rooms. So if the rooms are larger than estimated, the price increases. I apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the appointment time. Unless yours is the first appointment of the day, t's nearly impossible to give an exact time of arrival, so we give a two hour window for arrival. For example arriving some time between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Some jobs take longer to clean than average due to extreme soil or a lot of furniture that has to be moved. We want to be able to devote the necessary time to provide a great cleaning to every customer regardless of special circumstances. The 2 hour window allows us to do so. Occasionally a customer misinterprets the 2 hour window to mean we will arrive at 10:00 am and finish at 12:00 pm. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding."

I had an appointment set for at least 10 days and many other appointments were made based on this one. I received a call on a Friday indicating they could not come on the Monday but could come on Wednesday. I attempted to change as many things around as possible. Very disappointed.

The pro was very pleasant and efficient and careful not to track mud or spill liquids on the new floors. He explained that adding in the leather chair would be expensive and couldn't be done today, so I decided to let it go. I am very pleased with how the couch looks.
