Colonial Decorators practices all phases of design projects. From conceptual plans to the finished concepts of the interior decor. I am very impressed so far with Colonial Decorators. I initially was considering another contractor yet he failed on all occasions to keep an appointment. He was not a reliable resource. Bill from Colonial Decorators however is prompt, informative, clearly takes pride in his work and can not be beat price wise.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Bill was very nice, but is not really experienced as a handyman, which is what I wanted. He did finally admit that painting was his true trade. I wish he had been more upfront with me on that issue before I hired him. He did do his best, but unfortunately, a number of things were left for me to complete as he ran out of time. I think he needs to get more experience working before he does more handyman work. He did do his best to get most of the work done, and truly is concerned about his work. I just think he is better pursuing a trade that he is most familiar with.

See previous comments. Bill is great to work with. His prices are amazingly reasonable for the quality of his work. We're very happy, and have hired him for two more projects (so far).
