I emailed Jim of Colonial who called within the hour as itâ s Thanksgiving Day 2022 and no heat or hot water. Jim was a blessing from above. He knew the problem and guided me through trouble shooting and within 5 minutes my System 2000 up and running again. Thank you Jim!
