We hired Julie to come out and do an inspection for mold and/or issues that would indicate a potential for future mold. She was the most thorough and knowledgeable inspector of any type that we have ever encountered. She is super kind and took the time to listen and gather information about our past and current situation so she could understand and offer solutions and advice that would best suite our needs. Julie took A LOT of time to teach us about our home. As she did her inspection, she pointed out areas that needed addressing and taught us how to take care of those issues. We are so thankful to have her help, advice, and knowledge as we move forward in assuring that our new home is a safe and healthy environment for our family. I highly recommend hiring her especially for families with environmentally sensitive individuals. She offers a kind, calm, and knowledgeable approach to dealing with any issues that need to be addressed.

Julie has helped my family in ways you cannot begin to imagine. My fiancée suffers from mold toxicity and is severely ill. Julie has been with us throughout our entire journey and is excellent at what she does. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge, expertise and most important... compassion. She serves her clients like no other inspector I've come across. I recommend her to every person I come across who has been through storm damage (even if they don't think they have a problem) or just plain questions about their home. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for inspection services.
