Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Install
They came out to give us a price on replacing our old oil furnace. The price they gave us was inline with the research I had done. Just have to raise the money and will have the work done in the fall.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
I informed them that there was a leak in the ceiling and they failed to inform me that there was an $80 charge to CUT the hole in the ceillng (which I would have done on my own, had I known). Price seemed outragous considering there was no diagnosis needed and leak was 100% apparent upon hole cutting and pipe change was simple and quick. ($320)

Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear
After quoting a price to unclog the sink in my bathroom, the drain turned out to have more of a clog than anticipated. The team returned the next day......thru a wall in my bedroom closet, they got access to the pipes and solved the problem. And did not charge me more than the quoted price. My wife is very happy......and so am I.
