Andy came the same day that I put the job on Home Advisor. He took pictures of the different issues and explained what he would do. We chose the date to have the job done. He was free to do it sooner so he called and asked if it would be ok. He showed up on time and was efficient. I will call Andy/Colonial after we have the roof tile cleaned next year. We would definitely refer them to anyone that has cracked, shattered or sliding roof tile.

Best price! They thoroughly prepared the flat roof before applying silicone coating. The owner (Navy Bob) and Richard did the job and gave me a certificate for my insurance company upon completion.

Great value for the work performed. They consciensciously scraped and prepped the old coating prior to rolling on a new silicone coating. The owner himself and one helper did the work. They were substantially less expensive than competing proposals. After the job they gave me certification form to submit to my insurance company in order to qualify for renewal of the insurance.
